phvvvv permits one registered account per individual. Duplicate accounts — whether created with the same name, payment method, device, or address — will be merged or closed, with balances subject to review.
phvvvv is strictly for players aged 21 and above in the Philippines. Any account found to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Every deposit, wager, win, bonus, and withdrawal on phvvvv is denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion applies. The amount you see in your phvvvv wallet is exactly what you can withdraw, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

Providing false information during registration is grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Note: phvvvv does not permit the creation of accounts on behalf of another person. All accounts must be created, funded, and operated by the account holder personally.
Each player is permitted exactly one phvvvv account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, avoid restrictions, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. phvvvv uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, phvvvv reserves the right to close all related accounts, withhold balances, and report the activity as appropriate.
Your phvvvv account credentials are your responsibility. Never share your password, OTP codes, or security answers with anyone — including anyone claiming to represent phvvvv. phvvvv staff will never ask for your password. Enable all available security features on your account, including two-factor authentication where offered.
You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information — particularly your mobile number and email address — can delay account recovery if you lose access, and may affect your ability to receive withdrawals. phvvvv may periodically ask you to reconfirm your details.
phvvvv may require identity verification documents before processing certain withdrawals, upon detection of unusual activity, or as required by applicable law. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. phvvvv may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts, as notified in advance. The fee will not reduce your balance below zero. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your phvvvv account at least once every 12 months.
phvvvv accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The availability of specific payment methods may change; always check your phvvvv account for the current list of supported channels.
The minimum deposit on phvvvv is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day vary by payment method and account verification level. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your phvvvv account at the time of transaction.
Most GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your phvvvv wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are generally processed within the same day. BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking transfers may take up to one business day depending on the bank. phvvvv is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.
Important: Only deposit using payment methods that you own and that are registered in your own name. phvvvv does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.
If a deposit transaction is initiated from your payment app but does not appear in your phvvvv wallet within the expected timeframe, do not attempt the same transaction again. Contact phvvvv support with your transaction reference number. Duplicate deposit attempts may result in double charges that take additional time to resolve.
To request a withdrawal from your phvvvv account, your balance must consist of real money funds (not pending bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements). Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be deducted from a withdrawal request or cause the withdrawal to be held pending wagering completion.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet are generally completed within the same business day. BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. phvvvv processes withdrawal requests around the clock, but bank processing windows may affect final delivery times.
phvvvv may require KYC document submission before processing your first large withdrawal or before approving any withdrawal where unusual activity has been noted. This process protects both you and phvvvv from fraud. Submit documents as promptly as possible to avoid delays.
phvvvv requires that withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and unauthorised account access. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact phvvvv support before requesting a withdrawal to an alternative account.
The minimum withdrawal amount from phvvvv is ₱100. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches or subject to additional verification.
All bets placed on phvvvv are subject to the specific rules displayed for each game or betting market at the time the bet is placed. A bet is only accepted when the phvvvv system returns a confirmed ticket or stake deduction. An error message or no response does not constitute an accepted bet.
Sports betting markets on phvvvv are settled according to the official result reported by the relevant governing body. Regular-time results apply to standard markets unless otherwise specified. phvvvv reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error in odds, event postponement, incomplete matches, or other exceptional circumstances that are clearly defined in individual market rules.

Game rules, paylines, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and jackpot conditions are displayed within each game. These figures are theoretical long-term averages; actual results in any individual session will vary.
Tongits on phvvvv follows standard Filipino Tongits rules. Specific variant rules and table minimum/maximum stakes are displayed at each Tongits table. phvvvv reserves the right to adjust table rules, and will notify players of material rule changes in advance.
Note on Technical Errors: In the event of a system error or connectivity issue during a game session, phvvvv will attempt to recreate the session state from server-side logs. In cases where a session cannot be reconstructed, phvvvv's decision on bet settlement will be final.
All bonuses and promotions offered by phvvvv are governed by specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These conditions typically include a wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x), a time limit within which the requirement must be completed, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds thresholds for sports betting bonuses.
If you accept a bonus on phvvvv, the wagering requirement must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. phvvvv reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel promotions, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. The phvvvv Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn rewards for successfully referring new players. A referral is only eligible for reward once the referred player has met the minimum deposit and play-through requirements specified in the programme terms. Self-referrals and referrals to duplicate accounts are not permitted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phvvvv and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

phvvvv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, violation of applicable law, threats or abuse toward staff, or any activity that phvvvv considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
In cases of account closure due to confirmed breach of these Terms, phvvvv may forfeit the account balance. In cases of closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, phvvvv will process a full balance withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
You may close your phvvvv account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Active bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements will be removed from the account at closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
phvvvv provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we work continuously to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. phvvvv shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
phvvvv's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount currently held in your verified phvvvv wallet at the time the claim arises. phvvvv is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to follow these Terms, your disclosure of account credentials to third parties, or your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
phvvvv may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phvvvv will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case shorter notice may be given.
Your continued use of the phvvvv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your phvvvv account, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, and under the oversight of applicable regulatory bodies including PAGCOR.
In the first instance, phvvvv encourages all players to raise any concern or complaint directly with our support team. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, phvvvv will provide a formal written response within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint at our support email address.
